Yes, we offer a 24 hour phone service support and e-mail support.

How can I search for different services, people and companies?

The search bar at the top left of the main tool bar will allow you to search the services offered within the platform, much like google does.

Is there a limit to the number of people we can connect to on the platform?

There is no limit to the number of people, contacts or data that you may have. Our system is infinitely expandable.

Can I get information on who has been accessing my information?

Yes, you will be able to see who has viewed your information, certificates etc. through our “follow” functionality along with who has been viewing any of your public information.

What information is the platform capable of tracking?

Utilizing smart forms technology we are able to track any data relevant to your supply chain, notifying and automatically responding or taking corrective action, in real time.

How soon can I move to real-time certification audits?

Our platform is capable of supporting real time audits for continuous monitoring using both manual and automated data inputs with the IoT [Internet of Things]

Are remote certification audits currently accepted by GFSI/Scheme Owners/Accreditors?

  1. Some schemes accept remote audits in the area of quality and environment such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 via multi-site certification.
  2. Company owned 2nd Party schemes are not subject to accreditation and therefore remote audits can be conducted in these instances.
  3. We are working closely with numerous partners in the industry to enable 3rd Party food safety, sustainability, CSR, etc. remote audits.

Will my supply chain be visible to anyone else?

Your supply chain will be completely secured and protected from anyone else as a default; however, you may choose to grant permission to customers or select vendors to view information in a secured manner.

Can I use the greenfence platform for my internal operations and downstream supply chain?

Yes, you will be able to interact with both your own operations, facilities, laboratories, etc. as well as your suppliers and customers in the same manner.

Where is my data stored?

greenfence is a cloud based platform and thus all information is stored in the cloud in the EU Safe Harbor secured data center. greenfence is hosted at Amazon (Amazon Web Services).

Can I manage user permissions on the platform?

Yes. greenfence platform has an extensive roles and permissions framework that allows you to define user roles, and the permissions of each role.

Can I create customized audit processes?

Yes, we support any Audit process using customizable workflows and smart forms. These audits then can be sent to any internal or external organization for completion, tracking and reporting.

Can I create customized requirements for my supply chain?

Yes, you can define customized requirements for your supply chain using our Requirements authoring system.

Will the greenfence platform work with our enterprise IT system?

Does the platform have to be downloaded onto my computer?

No, greenfence is fully browser based and does not require anything to be downloaded. If you are using a mobile device, we offer a native app for devices running on either IOS or Android.

Where do the training materials come from on greenfence?

  1. We partner with a number of educational centers of excellence in the development and delivery of curriculums, exams and credentialing.

Can greenfence operate as our training platform or Learning Management System?

Yes, the greenfence Academy is a complete training, assessment and credentialing program.
This program includes registration and authentication of personnel along with video based training, live training and online assessments, exams, etc. with both proctored and un-proctored capabilities.

Does greenfence assist with onboarding our enterprise suppliers?

  1. Yes, we have an experienced onboarding team that is ready and excited to work with you and your suppliers to onboard everyone onto the platform.

Will greenfence introduce costs into my supply chain?

  1. No, greenfence will stream line processes, transparency and supply chain visibility by mapping your complete upstream and downstream supply chain. All services provided by external vendors will be at market prices or below, and thus no incremental costs will be incurred.
  2. New services offered by third parties can be purchased on line, e.g. authentication of people, locations, operations, equipment, data and documents.

How do you manage billing and credit card information?

  1. For service providers we will set up payments through an external credit card processing system that is PCI compliant {Link to PCI definition}.
  2. For purchasers the external credit card processing system manages all credit card information in a highly secured manner.

How can I sell my services on greenfence?
